Stereophile Magazine Reviews
The Zero Interconnect
An excellent in-depth review by the initially skeptical Michael Fremer
In the prominent audio magazine Stereophile, and web site Stereophile.com, Michael Fremer describes how he went from dubious to “Wow!” in seconds. His discussion is articulate and precise.
Cascade Noise Burn-In Disc
Puts Audio System Conditioning Through Its Paces To Ensure "True-to-Live" Sound
Music Test Tracks CD, titled "Into the Infinite," Produced by Grammy Award Winner Jeff Weber
Now proper component and cable conditioning can be easily achieved with "Into the Infinite," TARA Labs new conditioning CD set featuring the Cascade Noise™ Burn-In Disc. The Cascade Noise Burn-In Disc contains a proprietary mix of white and pink noise with tone bursts, harmonic tone and multi-octave square wave sweeps. It is uniquely designed to completely and correctly condition or "burn in" audio cables and components.
RSC Vector Audio Cables & Speaker Cable
Without a doubt, The Vector
audio cables and speaker cables have
been our number one seller since their introduction. Vector interconnect
cables start at $195.00 retail. TARA Labs used advanced computer modeling
to mathematically determine the exact grouping of conductors and spacer
filaments that would optimize the electrical characteristics of the RSC
Vector cable to yield a neutral, open and three-dimensional sound. The result
is a range of cables that outperform cables costing many times the price,
and a sound that will rival interconnect and speaker cable products costing
many thousands of dollars.
RSC® Air Series 2

We found a way to improve the RSC Air series, creating a great new sound.
The New RSC
Air Series 2 interconnect cables start at $425.00 retail. Our proprietary
new Air-Suspension filament system is used to displace the shield away
from the conductors within an air-dielectric environment. By displacing the
shield further from the conductors in the cable, there is less coupling of
the RF energy in the shield to the signal carrying conductors. This results
in a sound that is free of the distortion caused by RF intermodulation of the
music. You hear accurately reproduced music with all of the high frequency
details and spatial cues and none of the high frequency distortion..

Prism “a” Series Audio Cables
The new Prism “a” Series audio cables have been upgraded with new metal RCA connectors, a new cable jacket design and new internal cable designs. These new cable designs in the Prism “a” Series, offer the performance and sonic qualities of more expensive interconnects at a fraction of the price. Sonically they are a vast improvement from the previous “i” series. The new “a” series cables start at $14.95 retail for the Prism 100a. This is the first change of many to the Prism line of cables.
Spectrum “a” Series Audio Cables
We have changed the high end Prism interconnects to the new Spectrum “a” Series audio cables. The new Spectrum interconnect cables offer a combination of sonic qualities of more expensive interconnects and some of our best selling interconnect designs. The Spectrum 1a at $49.95 is a hybrid design of both the Prism 1100i and Prism 2200i offering a combination of warmth and high frequency extension without glare or strain. The Spectrum 2a has the sonic characteristics of the Prism 5500i, providing balanced, neutral and extended sound. And the Spectrum 3a is an improved version of the Prism 5500i; able to be terminated with XLR connectors, the Spectrum 3a offers harmonic coherency, detail and resolution for less than $100 retail. All of these audio cables are made in the USA.
